As Business Unit Head @Yash Technologies, I have played a key role in Solution design, build, deployment and rollout of ServiceNow SPM across Yash apart from building Solutions for Sales using Microsoft Dynamcis 365 and Power Apps combined with holistic reporting employing Power BI solutions.
